Our Content: UltraCut, including our software, designs, logos, and documentation, are owned by Top G Labs Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or our refund policy
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
• Failure to pay may result in service suspension

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses due to service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Top G Labs Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data after 30 days.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
