Copyright Infringement Policy

Top G Labs Ltd ("UltraCut") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on UltraCut infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA takedown notice containing the following information:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
2. Identification of the infringing material: A description of the material you claim is infringing and its location on our service (URL or other specific identification).
3. Your contact information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
4. Good faith statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. Accuracy statement: A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
6. Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the removed material and its former location
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
4. Your name, address, and telephone number
5. Consent to jurisdiction in England and Wales

Repeat Infringers

UltraCut maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. We may terminate access to users who we determine, in our sole discretion, are repeat infringers.

User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights to upload and process content through our service. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to use and authorize us to process such content.

Response Time

We aim to respond to valid DMCA takedown notices within 48-72 hours. Upon receipt of a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and notify the user who posted it.
